Norms diner

If you are smart, you go to Norms to eat after spending your Saturday evening drinking and dancing at the club until two. Norms is always open and they have everything. I recommend getting the Fully Loaded which includes hash browns topped with cheese and tomatoes, sides of salsa and sour cream, over hard egg, and English muffin with butter and jelly. It is the exact right combination of salty, starchy, dairy, ketchup, bread, and sweetness. Also, there is cheese and any meal can be improved by adding cheese.

I have been to Norms twice in this capacity and exactly half of those times the service and food were prompt. The first time, we never received our food and walked out after an hour. You can't be too choosy at three in the morning.
